ABOUT US

The Sam-Mabel Foundation is a non-governmental organization (NGO) founded by Deaconess Mrs. Bunmi Balogun. The foundation is dedicated to supporting widows, the less privileged, and youths in our society.

The Sam-Mabel Foundation is named after the founder’s parents, Samuel and Mabel, who instilled in her a strong sense of compassion, empathy, and social responsibility.


Deaconess Mrs. Bunmi Balogun has always been passionate about supporting the vulnerable in society. The foundation is the fulfillment of that lifelong passion.

OUR OBJECTIVES

  • Provide financial and material support to widows, less privileged individuals, and youths.

  • Empower them through education, skills training, and mentorship programs.

  • Advocate for their rights and interests, promoting social justice and equality.

  • Offer emotional and psychological support to help them cope with challenges and trauma.

  • Build partnerships with other organizations, government agencies, and stakeholders to amplify our impact.
